I really love the person who helped me and my boyfriend out in the store. They were very knowledgeable. Very kind, very helpful. 10/10 will be back ☺️

Very unpleasant experience. I visited this store and was told that, according to their policy, I had to leave my purse with the staff before entering. What made this even more frustrating is that my purse is very small and only holds essentials such as my ID, credit cards, and a few personal items. I was not comfortable leaving these belongings with strangers, and I don't think customers should be expected to do so. To make matters worse, after paying for my items, I wasn't even allowed to simply take my purchase and leave. The staff handed my items to me only after I passed through the security gates. The whole experience felt very restrictive and uncomfortable, almost like being treated as if I couldn't be trusted. I understand that stores have security policies, but this felt excessive and created a very unpleasant shopping experience. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Lovers only was an extra helpful awkward moment for my first experience in a lovers shop to spice up my sex life!!! They are very nice with the uncomfortable questions and made us feel like we weren’t the only ones lol they have my repeat business for sure
