Always take receipts when ordering drinks from this place.. servers and bartender are adding there own tips without consent. A few other friends had this happen to them as well.
I was a returning customer at Liquid Zoo and had specifically flown to Kelowna to visit this club again because I’d enjoyed it in the past. I had already paid the cover charge, happily followed the club’s rules, spent at least $100 on dances, and another $100 on drinks. Despite being a paying, returning customer, the owner aggressively yelled at me to move up in line and got so close that they actually spat in my face while shouting. It was incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional, and unhygienic.
I understand that venues get busy, but there is no excuse for treating customers this way—especially loyal customers who have gone out of their way to support the business. After this experience, I won’t be returning or recommending Liquid Zoo to others.
It’s a STRIP CLUB not a dance party club.

Where do I start?…
Once I got in security (over weight dude) claimed I was touching people. I tried to tell him that I just got here and if that were true it’s because as a former server it’s to let people know that you’re passing behind them.
The bouncer tried to re-direct the conversation to a fight. When I asked for his name and to see his security license he failed to show proof. As a guy who’s worked security that’s not allowed.
His demeanour was beyond unprofessional and rude.
On my way out I asked one of the staff members for the owners info to address several problems and she had failed to provide it.
Not sure what kind of business this is but at best I’d say it’s a shady one. AVOID IT
Sarah is absolutely the sweetest and one of the most welcoming bartenders ever!! She makes everyone feel comfortable and genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive. 10/10
