I have visited this salon more than 5 times before and my experience was usually good, which is why I also have a loyalty card. However, my last visit was very disappointing and the worst experience I have had compared to any salon in Prague. I booked a B2B massage, but the therapist who attended me seemed untrained and unsure of what to do during the session. The massage felt unprofessional and inconsistent. When I asked about the B2B service, I was told there was an allergy issue, and the session continued without proper care or explanation. I ended the massage in less than 30 minutes because I was not satisfied with the service. I immediately complained to the coordinator, who contacted the owner regarding a refund for the unused time. However, the refund was refused, even though I am a regular customer. I am very disappointed with how the situation was handled. Customer satisfaction seems to have decreased significantly compared to my previous visits. People come to a salon for relaxation and refreshment, but unfortunately, my experience this time had the opposite effect.

I had a very disappointing experience here and unfortunately would not recommend . The therapist seemed completely disengaged and rushed throughout the session, as if she just wanted to get it over with as quickly as possible. There was no sense of care, attention, or professionalism, and the whole experience felt mechanical and uncomfortable rather than relaxing. I understand everyone can have off days, but when you’re paying for a service like this, you expect at least a basic level of effort. I left feeling unsatisfied and regretting my decision to come here. I asked for my money back instead the good lady secretary/owner she offered a free massage but after this experience I refused I just wanted my money back . I would definitely not recommend this blonde woman therapist.

I had a massage with Kate a couple of days ago. I only had positive impressions. I was met by a nice administrator, offered drinks and a little wait. Kate gave me a good relaxing massage and we had a nice time. If next time I go to Prague I will definitely visit this place Another girls were nice the same. I wanna try there's next time 🤭🫢
