Really kind and helpful consultation! They didn’t have the exact pleaser heels we were looking for, but the owner took her time to give me and my friend really helpful advice about the different models, which sizes to choose and their pros and cons! If possible we would have loved to buy shoes from the store. We will definitely come back ♥️

My friend and I came in looking for Pleasers; they didn't have the sizes or styles we were looking for but the woman working (I believe she was the owner) was SO helpful and gave us so much information about choosing the correct shoes for dancing! She was incredibly knowledgeable and we really appreciated her helping us even though she knew we weren't going to buy the shoes there.

Horrifying and almost the most traumatizing experience I’ve had with the service. Me and a friend looked around the store, then as we were about to leave the storekeeper (I assume?) start accusing us of theft. I am well aware of the issues regarding theft in today’s society, however what petrified us was that the shopkeeper didn’t even bother to look twice at the shelf we were looking at before yelling at us. This has left an impression on us, as this was the first time we were visiting an adult entertainment shop, I don’t think I’ll ever have the courage to go back. I acknowledge that you’re tired, but please, just because we are young does not mean we’re automatically thieves. Let’s avoid any forms of prejudice and keep an open mind.

Worst customer service ever. Pleaser's shoe heel started falling off after two weeks,waited 2 months to hear I can't get a refund and need to choose other garbage pair of shoes to make up for the cash. They even charged me the difference even tho it's their mistake. Lesson worth of 1200 DKK to avoid this place like a plague. Order online anywhere from the world and save yourself cash, time & nerves.
