I came into ann summers for a bra fitting and was immediately greeted by the most sweetest employee ever called Harriet. She made me feel so comfortable whilst having my bra fitted and had incredible amounts of patience. On top of that, she was great to chat to and was incredibly attentive. Normally I am quite shy with things such as bra fittings but thanks to Harriet’s amazing attitude and clear dedication to her work I felt completely fine. If Harriet sees this, thank you so much!
Great service! Bought items as well as had a bra fitting, and Saffron was incredibly helpful for both. Left the store feeling a lot more confident in myself.
I went into the Canterbury store and found a bikini top I loved but they didn't have my size. I'm a burlesque dancer and love anything sparkly so I had to have it! Saffron was incredibly helpful, after showing me the matching bottoms and skirt, she organised a click and collect to my local store for all three items. She was very sweet and easy to talk to, give this lovely lady a raise!
Great service when buying bras, I was served by a woman named Megan, and she was an absolute star! She offered so many things to help me out and when I asked for cologne scents for my boyfriend’s birthday she instantly was ready to help, she was so kind and sweet. She made sure I was happy and comfortable the entire time!! Thank you so much Megan!
I had an excellent experience in-store today. Saffron was incredibly helpful and made sure I found everything I needed. She made the whole experience feel easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend!
