I visited Ann Summers in Leamington on the 18th of July for a bra fitting after losing 3 stone since January, and Venus was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel fun and relaxed. She fitted me in loads of different bras and sizes until we found exactly what suited me best.
We had such a laugh and a proper girl chat, which made the appointment feel personal rather than clinical. I’ve met her a few times now, and she is always consistently warm, kind, and genuinely lovely.
I left knowing my new size and with two gorgeous new sets of underwear — and honestly, I feel amazing. Thank you, Venus, for making such a big milestone feel special.
I had such a lovely experience at Ann Summers. I went in not knowing my bra size at all (a lot changes after breastfeeding 🫣) and Caroline was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She made me feel completely comfortable, took the time to find the right fit, and was so friendly and professional throughout. Thanks to her, I finally know my correct bra size and found bras that fit perfectly. Excellent customer service, thank you, Caroline! I’ll definitely be back
Caroline and Jo were amazing! They provided excellent service and really impressive bra-fitting expertise. They accommodated everything I needed and even helped me place an online order to make sure I left the store completely satisfied. Both were so welcoming, warm, and always ready to help. I would definitely return!
I always enjoy visiting this store when I am in Leamington as they are all so warm, friendly and helpful.
Caroline and Jo were great in helping me find the right sizes in bras and lingerie and Caroline is amazing at bra fitting and has an expert eye for what will suit and fit you! I would highly recommend a visit to this store as it is always A1 customer service, friendly and a nice atmosphere and you also have a personal bra fit and find beautiful and different lingerie to other shops. It's always a fun visit, thank you!
Visited Ann Summers in Leamington Spa today and was warmly greeted by Caroline and Venus — the whole experience was amazing. Spent most of my time with Caroline she was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, helping me resize and bringing lots of bra options to try. She really listened to what I wanted and made me feel completely comfortable.
Both Caroline and Venus worked so well together, and we even had a little chat and laugh, which made the experience even better. I’d highly recommend this store for a bra fitting — you’ll be in great hands.
Thank you, Caroline and Venus, for the excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back
