Unfriendly saleswoman
We wanted to buy a whip, and my partner was testing it on me at the time. The saleswoman, who was on the phone, told us not to touch it.
We ended up buying our whip at another store with customer-focused staff.
The products are good quality. However, I find the prices a bit high and not displayed clearly. I bought a 10cl bottle of Orgie Organic Aloe Vera. It can be found online for €12, €20 max, but it sells for €30 in the shop. Furthermore, they didn't give me the prices, scanned the receipt, and then asked (without even telling me the total) "Will you be paying by card?"
A little more transparency regarding pricing would be appreciated. Best of luck.
Always well received and advised within this company, in terms of products offered, I have not found anything equal, the only thing that is wrong: the opening hours are not correct on the posters compared to the internet, perhaps this should be changed but otherwise at the top!
The sales assistant in the shop gave us a very warm welcome and excellent advice. There was a wide selection at all price points, and the product quality was truly great. We were delighted with our purchase compared to other stores or online retailers.
I highly recommend this shop, which makes customers, especially women, feel comfortable. I want to emphasize that this is my personal opinion; I am neither an employee of the shop nor a competitor, but simply a satisfied customer who was happy with the selection offered in relation to my needs. If necessary, I would gladly return!
The manager was very professional... good advice, pleasant, but the sales assistant... quite the opposite.
I wanted to exchange my purchase for another accessory... I went back an hour after buying it (so I hadn't tried the product on) to get something else... only the sales assistant was there... she refused because of "Covid," and she wasn't very friendly either... the accessory's box was intact; I hadn't used it, just texted my boyfriend about it, and he preferred something else... in short, first and last time in this shop.
