Politely communicated criticism is met with a block and public denial of the facts! We registered for an event at this club via Joy. The advertised entrance fee was €95. At the door, an additional €10 key deposit was demanded, which we didn't have on hand. After declining the alternative of handing over our car keys and deciding to retrieve the €10 from our car, which was parked over 500 meters away, we lost our enthusiasm for the evening. We politely informed the club of our cancellation via private message and mentioned that it would be nice to have been informed about the key deposit beforehand. We were then blocked by the club without comment. This reaction to a harmless suggestion is unacceptable! Therefore, we decided to post a public review on Joy. Aside from the fact that our suggestion was ignored, they claimed that no block ever occurred and that feedback was welcome. Less than 48 hours later, our public review was deleted from the platform! This contradicts everything we received in response to our review. Such a procedure is unacceptable, hence our experience in this matter. Since the club claims there was never a block, here is the proof. We will definitely not be recommending the Surprise Nightlounge. It's sad that such measures were taken in response to a harmless and, above all, politely communicated suggestion.

Don't let the exterior fool you. Yes, it's an old building, but the rooms are small, clean, and interesting, the grounds are lovely, and the food is delicious. The staff is very nice, friendly, and easygoing! We highly recommend it. Bring your own towels. 😀

The rooms are clean and beautifully furnished. Great location and excellent food. The sauna infusions are accompanied by pleasant music. We visited for the second time today and will definitely be back. The chairs in the pavilion aren't particularly comfortable; they become uncomfortable if you spend the whole day there. Otherwise, everything is great.

Great food wonderful guests friendly staff in a somewhat dated building a bit retro 😇
