I went to Orion with mixed feelings. I was greeted warmly and asked if I needed any assistance. The saleswoman was very helpful and knowledgeable. My request was addressed immediately, and she provided expert advice! This will be my go-to place for things like this. Great, knowledgeable team. I'll gladly come back.

I was there today and wanted to buy something in the store. However, the online price was significantly cheaper than the price in the store. And this was from the same company! Unfortunately, the sales assistant wouldn't give me the online price, so I ended up ordering everything online in the parking lot and even received a voucher, which made my desired product even cheaper. Long live online shopping!

July 7, 2020 I had a heated argument with the owner today. After shopping for about €55, I tried to pay at the checkout with a €200 note, but the owner refused to accept it. When I insisted that it was legal tender and that there are already court rulings mandating its acceptance, she called the police. To avoid unnecessary stress, I placed a €100 note on the counter and asked for her name. She refused to give it to me, and she also refused to process my purchase. Instead, she told me to leave the store and shouted after me as I was leaving, "Old a**hole!" This was heard by passersby and my wife. Based on this experience, I can only advise against shopping at this store! She claims she's the boss and can serve whomever she wants. Due to these incidents, I reserve the right to take further action against the owner, including for defamation.

Great atmosphere, nicely laid out, and very friendly staff! The renovation was definitely worth it. Top marks for friendliness and service.
