A wonderful place, a wide selection, and a very friendly assistant Natasha! 💛 On the second floor, there are shelves filled with fun, themed gift items. I was very pleased with my visit and the assistant's help! =)

These two girls are incredible! Friendly, funny, competent, and above all, brutally honest advice for both men and women. They make sure you feel completely comfortable in your purchases. Good selection and good quality at perfectly reasonable prices. I'd gladly shop there again :-)

Was interested in buying, walked in with my headphones on. Was tapped on the shoulder as I went up the stairs 10/07/24. Was told I was rude to not hear store manager speak r respond to her greeting/she wanted to know what I was there for. Obviously shopping and annoying at immediately being implied I was rude. I said I’m okay thanks and proceeded upstairs, was followed by another shop assistant staying close to me making me feel like a thief and not a customer. When I left I said thank you for making me feel uncomfortable, you deal with many different nationalities and shouldn’t assume I’m being rude by not knowing what German customs, I was told to get out. Never going back, you’d never get this assumption and rudeness in Australia. Woman in charge is awful to deal with and extremely off putting.

Very bad, the shop assistants only talked to each other, they were very unpleasant and they looked at us as if we were going to rob. IM not coming back anymore
