The staff were super nice. I was there with my grandchild. They really loved the extra-long sausages, but since it's an 18+ store, I unfortunately had to disappoint them and couldn't buy them for them (I had to forbid it, as they're still a bit young. By young, I mean 67 years young 😉). Instead, I bought them a cat costume for Carnival! I can highly recommend the store! Best regards, Regina Holz and Beate Himmler
My girlfriend and I were in the shop today and received excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly and took their time with us, making it a very positive experience overall. We'll definitely be back :)
That "saleswoman" who "worked" on Saturday, March 19th, should be fired on the spot.
Such rudeness and arrogance are unheard of. Being yelled at as a customer, told not to touch the clothes without first asking this mentally unstable woman behind the counter for permission, is absolutely unacceptable.
The store has lost us as customers for good.
We'll definitely be shopping online from now on.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this branch. The new manager provided very friendly and, above all, competent service. As a customer, you feel very well taken care of and understood. Every question was answered with dedication. She clearly does her job with love and passion. I'll definitely be shopping there again.
