Unfortunately, my last visit to this store at the beginning of June wasn't very pleasant, unlike my visit at the end of April. As I've learned, the staff has changed because a new operator has been in place for this branch since the end of May 2026. I can't understand this because the previous employees did a very good job. The service over the last 14 months—I've been there eight times, mostly with my wife—was excellent. She wanted to "refurbish her wardrobe," and the friendly saleswoman with the blonde hair gave really good advice and recommendations, demonstrating excellent taste. She very kindly suggested that my wife might prefer a slightly different style of erotic lingerie than the one she had chosen. At first, we wondered why they would recommend something like that to a customer, but we had asked for advice and recommendations, and the saleswoman was very helpful at that moment. In the end, we trusted her recommendation and didn't regret it. ... Meanwhile, I received excellent advice from the "strong" salesman regarding lubricants in conjunction with toys; he proved that he not only knew about them but actually had a "sense" for my desires, which I didn't even recognize myself 😉 In short, the staff was first-class and unfortunately they are no longer on-site. After looking at the shelf and feeling completely lost, I left Bonnie's. I'll probably have to drive to Hildesheim soon to see the "old" staff, since they unfortunately moved to Hildesheim. The new staff (June 2026) in Altwarmbüchen shouldn't necessarily be asked for genuine customer recommendations. There's a lot of room for improvement there!!!

I went shopping there today for my friend with benefits. It was my first time in a store like that, but the super nice saleswoman did a great job.

My husband and I were in the Orion store today, and what can I say? The salesperson was fantastic, so kind and trustworthy. He showed us and explained so much; you could really tell he loved his job and that the customers were his top priority. We'll definitely be back.
