Super weird inflatable balloons, they were really slimy, but my son Darnell was very happy, he couldn't keep his hands off them.

We bought something a couple of weeks ago after receiving advice from a very friendly and competent employee. The device cost €100, and the vibrating plugs, which were also demonstrated to us at the station, were very quiet. Now we've been using the device, and unfortunately, our plug is SO loud that it really startled us. Today we went to Orion, and a young employee told us, "No, we won't exchange it, and we won't give you a refund." I asked her to call the manager, who said exactly the same thing. They wouldn't even consider a credit note or voucher. We won't be shopping at Orion again, as this kind of behavior is not customer-friendly in my opinion. Even online shops offer credit notes, and it's significantly cheaper.

Unfriendly employee. I was practically chased out of the store and thrown out even though I was only in there for a few seconds. Decency and courtesy are completely lacking here.
