EGO-Erlebnisreich is an erotic cinema club in Herne, on Dorstener Straße near exit 20 of the A42, set behind the EGO-Erotikmarkt sex shop. Guests can start with a drink in the lounge and then explore a large floor of cinemas and themed rooms: a large cinema with a play area, New York and Manhattan cinemas, a glamour cinema, a gay cinema with a sling, single cinemas and a VR couples' studio, an industrial-style steel room, an SM room, a jungle room, a couples' room with a mirrored ceiling and a clinic room with a gynaecological chair. There are voyeur areas and several glory hole set-ups, and a lockable VIP room with a box-spring bed and a love swing that couples can rent by the hour.

Changing rooms with lockers, a large shower area and a separate smoking lounge are provided, and the whole place is air-conditioned. The club runs a different themed day or party almost every day of the week, from couples' Fridays to trans and bi evenings. The house rule is that much is possible and nothing is compulsory: guests can simply have a coffee and look around, or close a door, or leave it open. Dress is casual chic up to lingerie and fetish wear, but no work or sports clothes, and extreme fetish outfits by prior arrangement. Entry is 18+, with discreet parking at the back.
