à propos de

SMARTYRE is an apartment in Leipzig's Südvorstadt that is let by the night to couples. It is furnished in custom steel furniture under a vaulted ceiling 3.5 metres high, and the owners pitch it for "a special night for two".

The apartment has a kitchen, underfloor heating, a small balcony to the garden and a rain shower, and it can be fully darkened during the day. It is a few minutes' walk from the Südplatz tram stop and the bars of Karl-Liebknecht-Straße.

A pleasant and unique atmosphere in a prime location in Leipzig. Very cool artwork throughout the apartment, and booking was completely straightforward directly through the website. We were able to start the day comfortably in one of the small cafés nearby, explore Leipzig, and end the evening in one of the many pubs. I can highly recommend the Irish pub up the street, for example. Would definitely stay again! 👍
