Pleasant, quiet sales atmosphere; the owner's reserved manner is particularly noteworthy, but he is always ready to provide expert advice and is very fair in his business dealings with customers.

Outrageous! We entered this shop to advise a friend on matters of feminine well-being and to help her overcome her embarrassment. Our visit was involuntarily cut short after just five seconds. When the shop owner entered behind us, he angrily and without any polite greeting asked which of us was illiterate. We—four business administration students, all perfectly capable of reading, analyzing, and interpreting complex and lengthy texts—needed a few seconds to grasp that, according to the sign on the entrance door, he apparently doesn't allow groups of people (definition unclear—are groups of people acceptable?) in his shop. From a business perspective, sales are clearly a secondary concern for this shop. I won't even mention customer service or even basic human decency... Aside from large e-commerce retailers, we've always appreciated being able to enjoy personalized advice in a brick-and-mortar store. This specialist shop is casting itself and its competitors in a very bad light, and not because of the industry as a whole. What a shame!
