Brief Encounters Cork is an adult play space in the centre of Cork, off Lapps Quay, open to gay, bi and hetero singles, couples and groups. It has more than 4,000 square feet of space: a 2,000-square-foot lounge with mood lighting, two areas of private booths with glory holes, three group play rooms including a sling room, two cinemas showing gay, hetero and trans films, cruising and dark areas, and a changing and make-up booth for trans and TV visitors and women. Lockers can be rented, and an on-site adult store sells toys and lingerie. An all-day pass lets visitors come and go. It opens seven days a week, from noon to 10pm Sunday to Thursday and until 1am on Friday and Saturday.

I went there last night sorry bah for 20€ Id expect Something better the place was Filthy ,run down
in need of repair worn out stained furniture looks secondhand, dirty carpets unhygenic toilets
the cabins are no better
By the amount of Money Taken in FG or what you are getting its Not Just an Hygienic risk but also a RIP Off
a pity that there nowhere else for people to go in Cork and have to put up this dropping your pants might mean good Sex Not knowing how many infections you are Picking Up in the mean time
Disapointing and a health hazzard
It's definitely better than it's sister establishment in Galway, but generally I think it's very expensive for entry. Also-bring your own paper towels! There's nothing provided for cleanup

The Adult store is open, the rest of the venue is under renovation.
Visited the store on 20th August, the guy behind the desk had headphones on, we said hello, he shouts “she 18??” To my partner and we look at him in disbelief and I said “me?” And he ignores me and just stares into my soul for about 30 seconds, I don’t know why but he wouldn’t speak to myself, only my partner, it all felt very awkward.
We said we could go back to the car and grab our ID if he wants and he said no it’s fine
Made the whole experience really disappointing and we left pretty soon after ..
