The hotel itself is fine, but the woman at the front desk was overbearing and utterly inhumane. I will never stay there again. Seriously, she's a terrible person.

When I called to borrow amenities, I was told they would bring them later, but even though I was in the room for about 5 hours before leaving, they never came. When I ordered drinks, I was told to order everything at once, and they brought the wrong order. All the facilities were absolutely terrible. There wasn't even a water dispenser; it was a garbage hotel that tried to squeeze every last penny out of you. All the listed prices were lies; they charged about 5,000 yen more. I will never use this hotel again.

I stayed there, and I was surprised by the difference in service from the front desk staff. The polite and humble elderly gentleman was excellent, but the slender woman was quite arrogant and spoke to me condescendingly. I would like to stay there again if she wasn't there.

I stayed there, but the skinny older woman who answered the phone and brought my charger was the worst. She was condescending on the phone. When she brought the charger, she handed it to me curtly. She gave off a strong impression that she was doing it reluctantly and that she was superior because she was working there. She seemed like a person with a power-harassing personality and is not suited for customer service. I will never use this hotel again.

I chose a room based on a sign advertising a 10,500 yen stay, but upon entering, the payment machine showed 15,000 yen. The room wasn't particularly clean, and the facilities seemed like they were being reused from an old hotel without proper maintenance. Also, the TV remote was incredibly difficult to use. They should at least provide instructions. To top it all off, the sign said check-out was at 12:00 PM, but when I checked the payment machine after 11:00 AM, it showed an extension fee of 5,000 yen. While I admit it was partly my fault for not checking properly, what was the point of the 12:00 PM check-out sign? It was incredibly misleading. I felt like I'd been charged 20,000 yen for facilities and a room that seemed only worth 5,000 yen. I'm seriously never going back.
