I've been using this place since before the renovation and before the name change. I think it's a good value for the price.

It started off well, but then it was awful... The room was very clean and spacious, perhaps due to renovations, but first, there was hair on the table. I thought, "That's not a big deal, it's fine," but then... The bathroom counter was a mess... The amenities included four items labeled on the stand: cleanser, face wash, toner, and lotion, but there were clearly only three. Of the four bottled cosmetics, three were on the second shelf, but one was on the bottom shelf. They were all facing in different directions... The iron and hairdryer cords were tangled and a complete mess... I called to explain that some amenities were missing and that the room hadn't been cleaned, but they responded with a condescending, almost annoyed tone, "What should you do? Should I bring the missing items myself?" I questioned their service... No matter how clean the room was, I would never return to this room for this price and service again.

The room was very clean and had a calm atmosphere. The room didn't smell bad, the bathroom had a TV, the shower had multiple settings, the bathroom was clean, and it even had a bubble bath! So far, so good. I thought the room was amazing, and although I had only checked in for a short rest, it was getting close to midnight, so I thought I'd stay overnight. I asked the front desk about the price, and they quoted me around 6800 yen for an overnight stay. I thought, "Okay, I'll stay overnight," but after a while, I decided to check the details, and it was 9000 yen! What?! That's not what we agreed on! I called the front desk to explain, but they got angry and their attitude became terrible. When I explained that they had kept me waiting because they thought I was only getting a short rest, and that's why it became an overnight stay, they started saying things that had nothing to do with me, like how I'd been scolded, and then they said, "If you're leaving now, this price is fine," and finally asked, "Can I hang up now?" The hotel itself was fantastic, but the front desk woman's phone manner was awful. I will never go back. It's a shame. The 2-star rating is for the hotel itself.

First of all, the attitude of the female staff member was offensive. The half-price room offer was a scam. You don't get the half-price discount unless you call when paying. Nowhere does it say that you need to call. I thought I would get the half-price discount by using my membership card, so I used it, but it only gave me a discount. When I called, they said that since I had used the card, I wouldn't get the half-price discount anymore. I really felt like I had been scammed. I was satisfied with the hotel itself, but that female staff member ruined the whole experience. It was very disappointing.
