Pilies 38 Spa is an erotic massage parlour in Vilnius, at Pilies str. 38, Vilnius. It is one of four separately named parlours presented together on a single group website, three of them in Vilnius and one in Kaunas, and each keeps its own address, telephone line and rooms.

The parlour sells massage by the session rather than by treatment, in lengths of thirty, sixty and ninety minutes, and describes an oil massage of the whole body given by a masseuse, with variants aimed at men, at women and — at some of the group's parlours — at couples, stag parties and a four-handed version given by two masseuses. Its own copy dwells on the room as much as the massage: a vaulted cellar room in bare stone lit red, hung with pierced Moorish lanterns, with a massage bed and folded towels in the foreground and a glass-screened shower beyond.

It opens seven days a week, from eleven in the morning until eleven at night on Monday to Saturday, and on a shorter Sunday from midday until ten. Appointments are made by telephone. No price is published on the group's site.
