Kinky Tactum is a sex-positive kinky party that began in Cologne and now also runs in Münster and Osnabrück. The organiser describes it as Cologne's sex-positive safe space for kinky and queer identities, and puts the music — a fusion of melodic techno, hardtechno and bouncy — at the centre of it: 'music connects us all', in its own words, and it says age, gender and taste are all beside the point.

Consent is stated as the house rule rather than as a footnote. 'Only a clear yes means yes', a no stays a no whether spoken or signalled by body language, and the organiser calls what it practises radical consent at every single interaction. An awareness team is present all night and is identifiable by LED wristbands. Anyone who discriminates is removed immediately. The organiser says its community is mostly between 20 and 40 but that every generation sharing those values is welcome.

Tickets are sold only through its own member club. You can pay without an account, but the QR code is activated only after a membership application is approved, and the organiser says it refunds automatically if you are not approved. It gives the same reason for the whole arrangement that it gives for keeping venue addresses off the public site: protecting the space and the community.
