⚠️ The WORST experience from a massage salon ⚠️ I had booked a 1-hour VIP massage, after the shower, some lap dance and a bit of massage, the masseuse noticed some minor skin issue on my private part, and terminated the massage asking for a letter from a doctor that it is not something important. I have been into many massages before and never had an issue, but ok I understand that some people are more sensitive. However, the problem starts from here: She asked me to leave the salon immediately, with no refund whatsoever, even though it was only 25 minutes into the massage including the shower! And when I said I want to talk to the manager myself, they didn't wait for the manager to respond, and kicked me out of the salon even 10 minutes before my 1 hour VIP session was over. I told them with total respect that the very bare minimum you can do is to let me sit here for the 1 hour I have paid, but they refused saying your presence give us stress!! Anyway, I talked with the manager later, explaining that as a reputable salon with so many branches in Poland, I expect some support for your customers, because I chose your place over a random person giving a massage in their house exactly for this reason to feel safe for what I am paying for. They accepted to give me some partial refund, but only 20 euros out of 110, without any explanation how they came up with this number, or any openness to listen to my argument. So, I believe in the worst case scenario, they should have called it a 30 minutes massage (even though it wasn't even a full 30 minutes massage) and charge me accordingly. But they believe since I used their oil and time, they deserve the whole money, which brought me back to the same 30-minutes massage in which they would have used the same amount of oil and money... However, they weren't interested in hearing my argument saying the case is closed for them. (and well, they charge you upfront, so what you can do?!) Anyway, good to know you shouldn't have a very high expectation from their customer service. Well, they gave that ~20% refund which is better than totally ignoring and giving nothing (this is why I am giving a 2-star review) however I don't recommend the place at all due to their behavior. If you are thinking about booking a session give it a second thought. I recommend choosing a place with more respect for their customers. ⚠️⚠️⚠️UPDATE⚠️⚠️⚠️ After reading their response. Talking about terms and condition. The sentence you brought from it, has not mentioned there will be no refund. Indeed there is another term that explicitely says "Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session WITHOUT A REFUND." So it is either you not knowing the terms of your organization, or the terms is incomplete. If someone have inapporpriate behavior I understand that you don't want to refund them, but for a skin issue regardless of being severe or not, it does not make sense (as your current version terms and conditions also fairly considered it) to terminate the massage without a refund. Regarding my behaviour, I was totally calm, respectful towards your staff. I bet if you were present in your center you could certify for it. You have my voice messages while I was in the center, and also immediately after I was kick out. Even after I was kicked out I kept my positive attitude knowing that for having a constructive conversation the first step is to be respectful. If you doubt, you can listen to my voices again to see if you see any signs of misbehaviour. Your personal, for any reason, bahaved stressed and keep saying leave now, it is not our problem, and it is the "competition" between you and the manager! Unlike them, I see things as collaboration than competition. Also, to ensure something is fair, there need to be some conversations, and not dictating something is fair and saying the case is closed, like what you did. ⏳⏳⏳ For the sake of record, I make my point once more. I am waiting to hear why you think what I am saying is not fair. (Look at the picture)

Just had a wonderful experience with the lovely Samantha, her skills, technique and attention to detail was amazing and she made me feel very relaxed and conformable. Would 100% recommend and revisit

🚫 Very disappointing experience 👎 I have visited this salon several times in different cities, but this time I had a very disappointing experience. During a booking chat, the operator wrote to me “Are you stupid?” — an absolutely insulting message. What kind of attitude is that toward a customer? In the past, I have received slightly aggressive messages from Orient Masaż in other locations, but they were still within the limits of tolerance. This time, however, it was unacceptable. As mentioned, I have been a returning customer and I don’t deny that I had good experiences before. However, it’s clear that the current telephone operator should be dismissed and replaced with someone educated and respectful. A person who treats clients this way does not deserve to work in customer service. When I pointed out this behavior, they tried to ask for forgiveness by offering me a discounted 4-hands massage. Do they really think customers will stay silent just because they get a discount? I am not interested in such manipulative “apologies” or discounts. What this salon truly needs is to change its attitude toward clients. I will not return again. There are much better salons in Kraków — I cannot recommend this one.

The massage salon is distinguished by its sophistication and beauty. The variety of massages and types inspires. I got there spontaneously, but was surprised by the interior! The establishment is 5 out of 5!
