Club-CMS Seebach is a private darkroom in Zurich-Seebach that can be rented by the hour. Compared with the Club-CMS rooms in Urdorf and at Manesse it has lower ceilings and a few room dividers, which give it a homely feel. The play room is stocked with all kinds of toys, and a separate, dimly lit clinic area is styled like a backstreet practice from the films. The whole space is air-conditioned or heated. Because it is in an industrial building there are no neighbours, so noise is not a concern.

Guests can book the play room, a separate bedroom with a four-poster bed, or both together, for two people for three hours. Toys, condoms, lubricant, towels, a soft drink each, use of the bar and lounge and final cleaning are included; overnight stays are by arrangement. The room is two minutes from the Zürich Seebach motorway exit and 100 metres from a bus stop, with one free parking space. The first booking starts with a meeting on site, and the exact address is given on booking. Over 18 only.
