My personal experience (July – Low Season): I visited Windmill Agogo around 8:10 PM. I was surprised because I expected the bar fine to be around 1,500 THB, but the staff explained that 1,500 THB applies only after 1:00 AM. Before 1:00 AM, they quoted a much higher bar fine. Since I chose Short Time (about 2 hours), I negotiated the bar fine to 2,000 THB and paid the girl 3,000 THB separately. This was my personal experience, and prices may vary depending on the time, the girl, and the bar's current policy. It's always best to confirm the current rates directly with the staff before making a decision. And not Long Time only 5 hours that's it my experience in pattaya

I highly rate this Agogo as I've always had a good time here. Paul the owner really demonstrates his experience at running a club and has his ladies trained well to give a fun performance and ensure the customer is happy. They go the extra mile to sign your drink orders I guess to avoid any drunken forgetfulness when it comes to your bill. Good variety of ladies with a variety of entertainment options from the regular stage dancing to a bath/wash show with an upstairs area too. The ladies are generally topless- which a gogo should be! Many other clubs now sadly seem to forget this fact! Of course for some drinks you can enjoy your favourite/s company :) Club is open 'till late

One of the most entertaining experiences I’ve had in Pattaya has been at Windmill Bar 2. If you understand what it is and go in with the right expectations, you can have an amazing time. The girls here give you more attention than any other agogo bar I have ever been to. They are friendly, energetic, playful, and really make you feel noticed and involved rather than just sitting there as another customer. Yes, the waitresses and girls will encourage you to buy drinks for themselves and other girls – that’s part of the atmosphere and business model. But the key is simple: be strong and stay in control. Only buy drinks for the girls you genuinely want to spend time with, and maybe occasionally for a waitress if you feel like it. If you try to buy everyone drinks, your wallet will disappear quickly! If you accept the venue for what it is — a fun place with lots of attention, energy, and entertainment — you can have a fantastic night. I laughed a lot, enjoyed the atmosphere, and had one of my most memorable nights in Pattaya. I visit often if I am in town.

I went to Windmill Club A Go Go 1 and honestly it felt like the place was running on old reputation, tired lighting, and overpriced drinks. The ground floor at least still has a weak pulse, but upstairs feels like the party has already died and nobody bothered to announce it. The whole place gives off strong “pay first, regret later” energy. Staff attention feels inconsistent, the atmosphere feels forced, and the entertainment side of things is nowhere near as exciting as the venue seems to think it is. It is one of those places where the neon works harder than the people. The comedy writes itself. First twist: you walk in expecting fun and end up doing a full architectural study of the room out of boredom. Second twist: the drinks seem to be the true stars of the establishment, because they get pushed harder than anything else. Third twist: by the time you leave, the highlight of the night might honestly be finding the exit. I would not call it a total disaster, because total disasters are at least memorable. This was worse in a way. It was just dull, overpriced, and oddly lifeless.

One of the best Agogo in Pattaya. Always have fun in this place. Super frendly staff and girls. Never had any problems. This is one of my favorite bars/agogo in Thailand. Very naughty and very fun. If you havent been here...... To bad for you ;-)
