The person on the phone was so bad, we had to avoid this store. I called on the 15.08. at about 00:30 and asked politely whether they have large condoms sizes 60 or 64mm. The man on the line was very irritated and claimed that the boxes don't have widths on them. When I asked for a brand, he said that they don't have it and hung up. I called again, he answered with "What's up?!" in an impertinent way and I asked why the previous call ended. He claimed that "probably" the line got discontinued. I repeated my question regarding large sizes and named another brand I was looking for and he replied that they do have it. So I asked whether he could at least discribe what the box says ("Wide", "Snug" etc...), but he refused, telling me that I should come to the store myself and hung up again. Ridiculously unfriendly and deliberately unhelpful for no reason. I would have indeed went to the store myself just to confront this person about their treatment of potential customers if my girlfriend didn't ask me to drive home.

Its a short bike ride from school, but I'm always drained & saddle sore by the time I head home. A friend talked me into going the first time. We had loads of fun.

Worst place to look for items, you will be judged at first glance even if you are dressed elegant and formal. People will pressure you to hurry to purchase something. I won't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

As a regular paying customer, I feel like I was unjustly targeted and harassed over this past weekend by one of the day shift workers. I'm taking all future business to Jolar as a result. At least they don't treat paying customers unfairly.
