Omar and Adam are hands down two of the best guys at Tootsies Cabaret. They’re brothers who work the front door, and you can tell immediately that they know how to take care of people. From the second we arrived, they made us feel welcomed, explained everything clearly, and made sure our group had a great experience. Omar is an absolute salesman and knows the club inside and out. He helped us figure out the best option for our group without making us feel pressured, and everything he told us was exactly what we got. Adam was just as professional and welcoming and made getting through the door easy even with how busy the place was. What impressed us most was how they handled everyone. The club was packed, but Omar and Adam stayed calm, respectful, and organized while still making time to answer our questions and take care of us. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you're visiting Tootsies for the first time, find Omar or Adam at the front door. They'll point you in the right direction and make sure you start your night the right way. These two are a huge asset to Tootsies and a big reason we'll be coming back. 10/10 service. Ask for the brothers Omar and Adam when you get there.

⭐☆☆☆☆ My wife and I regularly visit gentlemen's clubs together, so we have plenty of experiences to compare this against. Unfortunately, Tootsie's Miami ranks at the bottom of our list. From the outside, it looks like a high-end establishment, and the interior is equally impressive. At the door we were offered VIP packages for $650 and $1,000, but we chose the standard $30 cover with the mandatory two-drink minimum. The doorman was friendly and even gave us complimentary access upstairs, which was a nice gesture. Once upstairs, the excitement disappeared. Most of the entertainers were standing around on their phones, looking bored and completely uninterested in the guests. Hoping the main floor would be different, we headed downstairs. It wasn't. The entertainers were attractive—this is Miami, after all—but attractiveness can only carry an experience so far. We didn't see a single memorable stage performance. Most would walk onto the main stage for one song, stand there, shake their ass a little, then step off and return to their phones. There was very little energy, personality, or showmanship. We were approached a few times, but none of those interactions stood out. Ironically, the most memorable part of the night happened as we were leaving. While my wife was in the restroom, one entertainer struck up a conversation with me. She was friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely engaging—the complete opposite of what we'd experienced all evening. As soon as my wife joined us, she immediately included her in the conversation. She then enthusiastically explained, in impressive detail, the private VIP experience she offered for couples. We politely declined, but the entire interaction was surprisingly entertaining. Between her enthusiasm, confidence, and the sheer unexpectedness of the conversation, my wife and I couldn't help but laugh about it afterward. It ended up being the most engaging part of the entire evening. That single interaction almost earned this place a second star. As for all the glowing reviews, I honestly don't get them. My best guess is they're coming from two different crowds: the "bros" looking for the biggest party they can find, and the gentlemen whose wallets are much looser than their standards. If that's your scene, maybe you'll have a completely different experience. But if you're going to a gentlemen's club expecting entertainers who can actually entertain, engaging personalities, and stage performances worthy of the club's reputation, you'll likely leave just as disappointed as we did. Beautiful building. Attractive entertainers. Almost no entertainment. We won't be back.

Went in this past Tuesday and had an amazing night. Started off meeting Noel at the door who walked me right over to Jackie’s section. She was incredibly attentive to my wife and I. Bought a bottle and I don’t ever remember pouring my own drink. Every time I turned around she was servicing our table. The atmosphere was so fun, music had great energy, playing all the hits. Thank you Plat!! Everyone was so nice, it was an amzing experience. Thanks everyone, see you next time we visit Miami!!!

Next level was a blast!! Bartender sweet te Thais is so much fun!! Came out and stayed with her, amazing food and bar service. Maria the other bartender was also amazing to us, Rey was the host who brought us up, very professional.

Tootsie’s Cabaret was honestly one of the worst clubs I’ve been to. The vibe was completely off, and the atmosphere just felt uncomfortable the whole time. The dancers were rude and didn’t seem interested unless you were constantly spending. The bouncers also had an attitude and acted overly controlling for no reason. It didn’t feel welcoming at all. Prices felt like a total rip-off. My two friends and I all felt like we were overcharged for what we got. On top of that, they didn’t even like us talking with other groups — it felt weirdly strict for a place that’s supposed to be fun and social. Overall, bad service, bad energy, and not worth the money. I definitely wouldn’t go back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
