Store was well kept and employees were very helpful, but the downstairs club area was a mess. My gf and i decided to try something new and rent a private room at the club. Website said $15 admission but we were charged $30 admission EACH because it was trans night? We moved on and accepted. private rooms were supposed to be half price but again doubled because of trans night. We were walked in on twice by men in the private room and were not given an end time to the rental or anything. Harrassed by men the entire time while security stood by and did nothing.

★★★☆☆ My initial experience was extremely frustrating. My vehicle was towed while I was shopping in the store for approximately 15 minutes, resulting in a costly towing fee. I had spent over $200 in the store that day and felt there was not a sufficient effort made to locate me before my vehicle was towed. I was also concerned because there were multiple vehicles parked in the same area, there were no visible towing signs next to where I parked, and I never heard any announcement or attempt to locate the owner of the vehicle before it was removed. That said, after I reached out regarding the situation, the owner personally contacted me to discuss my concerns. He took the time to listen, was respectful throughout the conversation, and made a genuine effort to resolve the issue. While I still believe the parking situation and communication with customers could be improved to prevent this from happening to others, I appreciate that management responded directly and worked toward a resolution.

Too many restrictive rules that punish good clientele. Was in a dark room, admittedly exhausted sat down and fell asleep for a minute only to be kicked out and banned. Very rudely. Ok, not more of me bringing your clients. Also, one of the guys that works there was in the black room. Employees should partake on hours.

Great place with lots of fun stuff! Employees were super welcoming and made my shopping experience amazing & comfortable. Prices were pretty good as well with very good quality items. Definitely recommend checking them out !

I first want to say that the customer support of the management team is amazing. They are hands on and do listen. No complaints there. But lets get into why I had complaints at all. One of the dancers on Thursdays was told what our boundaries were. She continued to be what I call passive aggressive and continue to push those boundaries while being made well aware. This is not about jealousy , this is about RESPECT. You can and will get paid without being disrespectful. Again, I appreciate how the situation was handled by management. I truly do. The dancer needs to be spoken with because it was not acceptable at all.
