Madeleine is no doubt the BEST one overall! Bill & I love her sweet personality and fun vibe. She is always so playful and makes us laugh and smile. Bill and I have been regulars here for more than 17 years and Madeleine reminds us every time of why we come here. We always have the most amazing time with her at the bar. After reading the previous reviews about Madeleine, I have to agree with everything people have said. I’ve been to plenty of places like this, but the experience here really stood out. We spent some time at the bar, and the service was honestly exceptional. She was incredibly attentive, quick, personable, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. You can tell when someone genuinely takes pride in their job, and that definitely came through. And let’s be honest, she’s an absolute baddie 😂 but what really makes her stand out is her personality and the way she treats people. The energy, conversation, and overall vibe made the night that much better and honestly, it’s the little things that make you remember an experience. The energy, the conversation, and that smile made the night that much better. Madeleine was a huge part of why we had such a great time, and I’ll definitely be back. If you get the chance to have her take care of you, you’re in for a great experience. I also want to give credit to the venue itself. The atmosphere felt comfortable and well-managed, and the security made it clear that they take their customers’ safety seriously. That goes a long way in a place like this. Took my clients for some drinks here at Polekatz Chicago, we sat at the bar..... Madeleine was our tender, honestly she was one of the best bartenders we have ever been served by. She was so quick witted, attentive as well as clearly knowing her craft-this girl knows her stuff. Also noteworthy is the place itself, we felt very safe, the security was great. This place is built for taking care of its customers. As far as this type of environment goes this venue is Top Shelf. Sandy was the best bartender ever... Great attitude and attentive. From someone traveling on work purpose and finding a place where I can find cold beer and great company is rare. 10/10 for me....
