My poor husband!! From canada is on a work trip like hey im a stop get a few things for my wife and i !! Nope that lady was sooo rude to him never came to see him or chat or anything if your gonna work at a xxx store you need to have that kind of fun vibe!! Anywho she was rude and made him rush out so i call from canada !! Super cheerfully and let me tell you this woman was beyond rudeness so insted of keeping the convo going i hung up!!! This sucks and i can just imagine how the others feel!!!! Very poorly maintained bbut its cheep lol Girl stay home if you having a bad day!!! Dont need to ruin it for everyone else :-( i have the recording if needed!!! You cab tell the new orner or new person that works there is no good!!!!

Fyi this is not my personal Google account. I own a popular business and I'd like to remain as anonymous as possible. Moving on. Myself and my Wife were in town for a comedy show to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. My Wife is from Peoria and is familiar with the area so we decided to stop in Lovers Playground to grab some stuff for later and before we left I took it amongst myself to ask one of the workers if I would be fine to park in their lot because I did see signs indicating my car would be towed for parking if I'm not a customer. I spent a nice chunk of change so I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. Here's where the issue started. There were 2 Women working that night, a light-skinned Black female and a white female with piercings and tattoos and jet black hair. I spoke with the white female as the other worker seemed to be pretty busy with costumers. I asked if I'd be ok to park and she said it was absolutely fine. She did mention that she wasn't supposed to allow ppl to park but since I made a purchase I'd be ok. I came back around 11pm and there were ZERO cars in the lot besides one white Jeep. Naturally I came in pretty hot and asked where my car was. The Black female was alone and claimed management more than likely was behind the tow so I asked for the girl I spoke with before. She lied and said the other girl went home and 2 minutes later the girl I spoke with came stumbling in the door very obviously intoxicated. Her speech was slurred, she smelled like a liquor steel and bad body odor. I noticed when I spoke with her originally that she seemed intoxicated but that's none of my business. I'm only bringing it up now because Dependable towing told me who they spoke with and who called to have my vehicle towed. Do not only does this store allow employees to get sloppy drunk on their shift, they also don't seem to care about their employees lying to paying customers just to turn around and have cars towed. I will NEVER shop here again and I'm in the process of speaking to legal counsel because Lord knows that woman is evil for leaving myself and my wife in that situation. God doesn't like ugly. Remember that! And also if you do shop here regularly steer clear of the stinky drunk at all costs to avoid any confusion.

Do not come here, there are sex toys, and its almost as if the business was made to sell sex toys. Such a shame. Will not be coming back.

They sell faulty products this is the 5th time Ive purchased an item and it didn't work. The cashier is rude as heck. Would not recommend buying anything here if you have a problem with a brand new item not workin They just laugh and say no returns. This place is a joke. Also say very in appropriate things to the customers they don't know what each customer is in too. Just rude.

I will update this review if the issue gets resolved. One toy we purchased lasted us about 6 months before it stopped working, so my fiancé and I came in on Friday spent over $100 on a brand new product and the charger is broken it has to be bent a certain way to charge and the charge won't hold. The number I called on google for your store went to like a fax machine. The toy offers a 1 year warranty and says to go to a website that literally is under maintenance. Pretty upset, would appreciate this actually getting resolved. Otherwise we just bought $120 paperweight
