The store clerk was so friendly and helpful! She was the sweetest and gave some really helpful advice. We found the perfect products thanks to her. The energy was super inviting as well making the whole experience wonderful.

I was visiting from out of town and wanted to spice up my romance a bit for our anniversary, and if I’m being honest, I was a little hesitant and nervous at first. But what can I say—these girls were amazing. The experience was great from start to finish. The staff was super friendly, incredibly helpful, and clearly very knowledgeable about all the products. They made the entire shopping experience comfortable and easy, answering every question I had with genuine ease and reassurance. Yes, some of the items were a bit on the pricey side, but the level of customer service and the positive, upbeat attitudes of the staff made it absolutely worth it. I truly appreciated how welcoming and attentive they were. I’d definitely visit again the next time I’m in the area!

I visit the Elizabethtown store regularly to check out what is new. The staff is very welcoming. Sage, Patty, and Alecia are so knowledgeable about the products and suggest things they think I would like. I feel comfortable with asking the staff about things, and they make me feel like I'm not judged

I have been coming to this store for years, definitely a regular. Aleecia, Catie, Patty, Sage, and Justice (yes, I am on a first name basis with them) are some of the best retail workers I have met yet!!! They are always extraordinarily kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They always make me feel welcome and comfortable

This store is a lot bigger than the others. They've redecorated, it's so cute. All of the staff are so helpful and nice. Not everything is returnable but that's understandable considering what the merchandise is. It's reassuring knowing it's all new and not previously owned. They offer to open the boxes for you to give you a Demo of the products to see if it's to your liking before a final sale. They care about your new investment!!
