Met the manager Mateo. Can people like that take over every establishment in Fells? He cares about his people, his customers, and the community. If gentlemen's clubs are your vibe, this is where to go. Girls are gorgeous as well.
Honestly this joint is a bit on the lowbrow side. The crowd, the energy and girls could use a step up in class. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not into to super high end clubs that want three months mortgage payment for a night of fun. It just has a bit of a sketchy vibe
Was having a great time per usual until I got really disappointed with the service from one of the bartenders. She came across as fine at first then I noticed she was drinking with a cup of liquor in hand and rude from the moment we interacted, she told me she gets hostile which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Bartenders set the tone for customer experience, and unfortunately this experience felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. I understand busy nights can be stressful, but attitude and customer service still matter. I hope management addresses it because because what exactly was she insinuating?
Exclusive was supporting her girls on and off night and we had fun hanging with her on her own time. Cover charge and drink prices were fair and the girls were wonderful. Only thing that was absolutely unprofessional was the short waitress with an attitude, she refused to serve the stage seats after it got busy and was clearly frustrated with the entire club. Kinda ruined the whole vibe the dancers worked hard to create. Savannah and Cleo were EVERYTHING!!!
Visiting from Miami, it was a great and fun experience, most of the girls were friendly and interacted without being pushy. The manager was awesome, he accommodated my request. The bouncers were cool too and you could see how they were very vigilant to protect the girls. On the way out, one of the amazing girls (I wish I knew her stage name to reference her), she gave us directions to harbor East deli for late night munchies and it was on point just like she said. Thank you to all the staff, front bouncer, greeter entry girl and everyone else for making this a great first time experience. Would definitely come back when I'm in town. *****
