Extremely unfriendly and poor service! If a shop is open until 8 pm, it should be possible to try on two items at 7:30 pm without having to listen to the customer being told that fittings only last until 7:30 pm, that they still have to iron them afterwards, that they also want to go home, that they're open for 10 hours, and why am I only coming now? When I pointed out that opening hours until 8 pm mean until 8 pm, and indicated that I work in a medical facility where closing time is 6 pm, not 5:30 pm, the employee replied that I have Friday afternoons off, so I could come then instead of Saturday evening. That's absolutely outrageous! Since when do I, as a customer, have to explain and justify when I go shopping? Absolutely condescending and intrusive behavior! I asked to speak to the manager. That's her, apparently. I simply can't imagine that, because then she'd be interested in good sales. It's no wonder brick-and-mortar retailers are doing everything online these days. If you forgo good sales because you don't feel like selling or hanging clothes up right before closing time... I completely understand that you're stressed after a 10-hour shift, but as a customer, I'm not responsible for that. I've truly never experienced such outrageous behavior, and I've never given a one-star review before, but this store will never see me again.

Gutes Sortiment, angenehmes (wenn auch minimalistisches) Ambiente. Immerhin hat es nicht diesen fraglichen Kabinen-Chic der einstigen Beate Uhse-Filiale. Freundliches Personal mit welchem man* ganz nebenbei über Gott und die Welt und diverse Spielzeuge philosophieren kann. Dem Markt angemessene Preise runden das Ganze ab. Die haptischen Eindrücke verschaffen Ihnen Amorelie, EIS und Craigslist's "spezielle" Dachboden-Cousine namens eBay wahrlich nicht. Treten Sie ein, ich bestell den Sekt und geb 'ne kleine Führung.
