The location is great, right in front of Fukuyama Station, and the rooms are clean. There were plenty of extra towels, and I was able to relax in the bath. I wanted to play background music, but I couldn't figure out how to use Chromecast.

ウェルカムケーキがなくなったのが残念。 いつもお部屋は綺麗です

The location was close to the station and the rooms were very clean, so it was easy to use.

I sometimes come here when I'm stressed and want to be alone. They also have a sauna, so it's very relaxing. The staff are also very kind.

I always use this hotel because the rooms are clean and the facilities are amazing. This review is based on my stay on August 1st around 8 PM. There was a staff member who did something unbelievable. They were speaking so rapidly that I didn't understand what they were talking about, but they were saying something about the door opening on its own. If they had handled the situation properly, I would have helped resolve the issue, but their behavior was simply arrogant. I was told they would come to my room via the internal phone, and when I waited, they opened the door without even ringing the doorbell. After that, they spoke to me in a harsh tone, and finally, they hurled insults and slammed the door shut. I still don't understand what happened, and frankly, I can't use a hotel where staff open doors without ringing the doorbell, and I think everyone should avoid it.
