The concept of the motel is interesting - but it can be much better A big supermarket was super close Unfortunately there is a lot which is not well explained. I do not understood were the feedback came, but if you check, they are only fron locals 99% 1. The hotel entrance is not an entrance. It is literally a small alley where only a small car will fit, with no reception room or similar, and on the alley, by car, you need to "check in" to a window. If all is going "well" the garage door will open for car entrance. The exist is in the same situation, only that it is another small alley which communicate with same window of "reception" 2. Biggest problem is communication - NO ONE, BUT NO ONE speaks English or another language!! Only Portuguese/Brazilian and nothing more... It was a real hustle. And frankly, they also don't care about it... They where just sitting there with no intention to help. They where amazed that a foreigner is trying to check in. English is lacking in entire São Paulo unfortunately, I would never come back to Brazil, but this is a different topic 3. The rooms which are located above the garage are not 28mp in my point of view 4. There are no proper windows, but only 1 and in front the blind ones with small holes inside 5. You do not have hot water at tap of bathroom, but only in shower. You can't wash your face with hot water. 6. There are NO PLUGS in the room to charge a phone 7. People can make noise at 3:00 am - they just put loud music and you can here everything 8. One dav the whater presure was super low - no shower 9. Internet is weak, over more, the last day was not even working - they saud because of rain... It was a absolutely super low rain with no wind or other bad conditions. 10. Location might be far from center but this is not hotel fault The light in the room.... Well, non existent. This hotel was built for the purpose of 3h love :) I would not recommend such experience, more over for European travelers which have some decent expectations.

Very nice place, onde of the best in the region, I totally recommend it!

Me and my partner liked the rooms. But the rooms more expensive are not new.
