Hello, I bought two mystery packages at Erotix Mons 2026 and got a nasty surprise: everything expired a year ago, even the so-called voucher... If this is representative of the company's reliability, run away, you poor fools!
We bought an item as a gift, so we went to remove the price, which was €13.99, and to our surprise, there was another price underneath, which was, of course, €5 cheaper.
We went back the next day, and they told us it was normal, a price change, and there was nothing they could do... Frankly, they're real thieves; they didn't do anything at all... It's shameful... Beware...
I came with my family on January 9th to buy a hand sander and some wood lubricant.
At the checkout, I showed them a photo of my huge project, and the staff did everything they could to help me.
I highly recommend them.
After yet another visit and yet another purchase, I've finally decided to leave a review...
What can I say? Attentive listening, advice tailored to the customer's needs and desires, sharing experiences with humor and respect...
A winning combination for both the sales staff and the customers, who leave satisfied every time, at least in my experience.
Excellent, you'll feel right at home! It's fun, peaceful, and full of enjoyment. Antoine, a great seller, has some exciting adventures ahead. Thank you for sharing your reserved item with me! See you soon!
