Hello, I bought two mystery packages at Erotix Mons 2026 and got a nasty surprise: everything expired a year ago, even the so-called voucher... If this is representative of the company's reliability, run away, you poor fools!
We bought an item as a gift, so we went to remove the price, which was €13.99, and to our surprise, there was another price underneath, which was, of course, €5 cheaper.
We went back the next day, and they told us it was normal, a price change, and there was nothing they could do... Frankly, they're real thieves; they didn't do anything at all... It's shameful... Beware...
I came with my family on January 9th to buy a hand sander and some wood lubricant.
At the checkout, I showed them a photo of my huge project, and the staff did everything they could to help me.
I highly recommend them.
After yet another visit and yet another purchase, I've finally decided to leave a review...
