The staff are welcoming and friendly, whether you're making a purchase or picking up a package. I highly recommend this place.
Leaking and defective liquid products, delivery delays of 2 to 3 weeks, not 3 to 5 days, and when I mention the problem to the store manager on the phone, he tells me, "I'm not obligated to meet the deadlines." This same person, who seems to be a lunatic and narcissistic, won't listen to anything and will try to twist the problem around to deny the situation as much as possible and turn it to his advantage. I've never seen anything like it from a retailer. Good luck.
I placed an order on November 4, 2022, and it was supposed to have been shipped on November 11. There's no tracking information available on the postal service website. It's now November 22, and I still haven't received anything. I sent an email that has gone unanswered, and when I try to contact customer service by phone, no one answers, and I get a message saying the phone line is full, so I can't leave a message. Judging by the reviews left by other customers of this website recently, I'm not the only one who hasn't received my order, which was supposed to be delivered within 48 hours. The bank debit, however, was processed very quickly.
Hello, I've been a Mode et Charme customer for over two years. At first, I received my orders quickly and well-packaged. But for the past few months, the delivery times have been getting longer and longer, and contacting anyone is a real challenge. I placed my last order on October 30, 2022, and it's now November 11, 2022, and still nothing. The payment was processed immediately, but the order is still being processed... Personally, this will be my last order with Mode et Charme.
