I was there on November 8th, 2025, around 2:30 pm and only wanted to buy condoms. Unfortunately, the woman there was so unfriendly when I asked where I could find them, and she only half-heartedly pointed in the general direction with her finger. After asking three times, since I hadn't actually seen them, I left the store. A prime example of disrespect and an exceptionally good way to annoy your customers. Never again!
We visited Orion in Rheinfelden again after a long time, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The young lady gave us a very friendly welcome and really addressed our questions and concerns. We will definitely be shopping at Orion Rheinfelden more often! Keep up the good work!
