A highly competent and friendly employee. The advice is excellent; customers are treated very professionally and empathetically.
Fantastic advice and amazing support! ☺️ The staff member is incredibly empathetic and takes her time with her customers.
I'd gladly come back! ☺️
I was there on November 8th, 2025, around 2:30 pm and only wanted to buy condoms. Unfortunately, the woman there was so unfriendly when I asked where I could find them, and she only half-heartedly pointed in the general direction with her finger. After asking three times, since I hadn't actually seen them, I left the store. A prime example of disrespect and an exceptionally good way to annoy your customers. Never again!
We visited Orion in Rheinfelden again after a long time, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The young lady gave us a very friendly welcome and really addressed our questions and concerns. We will definitely be shopping at Orion Rheinfelden more often! Keep up the good work!
With the new management, things have changed quite a bit – for the better!
A truly pleasant shopping experience, expert advice, and a friendly face. Shopping is fun this way, and you don't feel embarrassed to ask questions. The service goes beyond the usual – it's not just about making a sale, but about the customers and their needs.
Top-notch!
