I stayed in room 201, but the water pressure in the bath and shower was so weak that it was difficult to bathe. I was disappointed because I always use this room.

We encountered a problem. When I tried to contact the front desk upon leaving my room, I couldn't get through. The line was busy for 30 minutes?! I was completely unable to get through!! I would like an explanation as to why this happened. The front desk offered no apology whatsoever. I finally got assistance after calling an outside line. If you're in a hurry, this can be a real hassle. Also, the hot water pressure is poor; I would like it improved.

The facilities and size were fine, but the cleanliness was a bit of a concern. There was hair in the electric kettle, and black and pink mold were noticeable in the bathroom. I think the room would be much more comfortable if the cleanliness could be improved.

This is Hotel Lip Rose's Room 303. Woohoo! When I sat down, I noticed one of the glasses was already used, so I raised my voice, and Lip Rose kindly provided me with a new one! With my review, they can't shut this place down! Let's eat! First, the room! Hey! The room, which was so retro Showa era it was almost unbelievable, was infested with mold, and I was so angry I peeled off all the wallpaper! The hotel staff finally understood their position and gave me a cosplay costume as a token of their gratitude. Next, I'll tackle the overwhelmingly impressive huge bed! I'm going to peel it off! The bed had a rough texture, and there was hair and stains inside, so even SUSURU had to go to the front desk! Room 206 I like that check-in starts at 9 PM. The front desk is very friendly and the bed is spacious and comfortable. It's also nice that there's a USB port and outlet for charging your phone. It's nice that there are amenities available at the sink. Areas that could be improved: Better quality bath towels Installation of a refrigerator Air purifier (if it's installed, it's pointless) The movies and other items are too old The quality of the toilet paper and tissues I'd like a shower head with water filtering. (People with sensitive skin get itchy.) The water volume in the sink. If I were to be picky, I'd prefer check-out by 10:30 AM. (Since I often have to go to shops and such the next day at 10 AM.) While there are areas for improvement, it's better than staying at a business hotel.
