I ordered 3 items from them, 1 is pretty good I gotta admit. But then...I actually first thought I was pranked, as 2/3 items were not what I paid for. They confirmed this on WhatsApp chat, and mentioned how this another would be better than what I ordered. On top of it, one of intimate items wasn't in its original box or appropriate packaging. Upon receiving the package I mentioned about these, thinking it was a mistake - but no, they confirmed they wanted to send "better" product. This is where replies stopped from them, although I asked return instructions. From reviews it looks like this isn't first time they do this. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Also, I got all screenshots from conversations saved to proof I ordered from them, had chats with them etc - cannot wait to see how they spin this review :D

I went here with my girlfriend. It was a great experience. The owner was knowledgeable and respectful of lesbian relationships, and we had some good conversation. He was very patient and helpful. I would reccomend this shop for WLW.

Salesman, who I believe to be the owner but can't be sure, was very rude when I mentioned that my budget is $50. I looked around the store, and clearly there were options for €50 or less. He said if you are "poor" class I can't help you. I told him I wasn't poor (and if I was so what?) but I did not want to overspend on something temporary because I'm going back home soon. I ended up deciding on getting a vibrator that was €125, after him pushing me to buy a womanizer. Then he added a €15 cleaning solution to my bag and charged me for it after I told him I didn't need it. He also did not give me a receipt so I honestly have no idea how much he charged me for the cleaning solution, he just handed me €15, so I have to trust that's what he charged me (my bank sent me a notification saying I was charged €158). I found the salesperson to be incredibly disrespectful and pushy. They should take the time to their customers and be respectful. I only bought the vibrator because I didn't have time to go elsewhere.
