I stayed there with my girlfriend, but I had to leave before her because I had work, and I was treated like a criminal. They insisted that I pay first, saying things like "I need to hear your voice," and "The man must pay first," even though they had asked me at the beginning whether I wanted cash or card. They insisted it was cash only. Even when I explained that my girlfriend was still tired and sleeping, they insisted I wake her up. They treated me like a criminal! It was very upsetting, and I wasted a lot of time there. I would understand if they had explained it beforehand, but... Even if I grant that it was to reduce the risk of crime, I think they should have confirmed it at the right time and phrased it better, and at least offered an apology. This was the first time I'd ever been treated like this. I was extremely upset from the morning. I will never go there again. I do not recommend it. The room was dirty, and the sound echoed. The video content was too old; young people wouldn't know anything. The only good thing was that they had a water dispenser.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The reception was delightful and welcoming, the room was massive, accommodating, there were so many extra features in the rooms I wasnt expecting. Great value for money would suggest any couple stay here 100/10

I used it on a Sunday afternoon. The room was relatively clean and didn't have any odors, but it was small, and both the bathroom and bathtub were cramped. When I paid for 2 hours of use, the fee was 9,280 yen, and I involuntarily exclaimed, "That's so expensive!!" I don't think the price was displayed on the initial panel. Later, I checked their website and it seems that if you exceed 90 minutes, the 3-hour rate applies, resulting in this price.

This hotel is in the heart of Osaka with just five minutes walk to the nearest train station and makes traveling to Kyoto or other parts of the area so convenient. This hotel speaks very limited English, but they are so friendly and helpful that it doesn’t matter and every day they have cleannes our room perfect and giving us the best possible service . In the hotel room, you have nice Japanese tea. We have a big water machine with both cold and hot water and they have a few facemasks and hygienic articles that are very luxurious. We would definitely come back here, and the balcony is nice open to view over the city. The Aircon works very well, and you have a couple of local TV channels to watch .
