Don’t waste your time. I Asked the bouncer a question about bottle service and he didn’t even say a single word and walked away like I didn’t exist. I’m literally asking them to take my money and instead I get treated like I don’t exist. Eventually even though the bouncer doesn’t want to let me and my group in , thru a connection I manage to get let in. The bouncer was so mad he couldn’t even look at my face when he said “come on in. I decided not to go in with my group of friends because of the horrible experience I had just waiting to get in. Do better. I Hope anyone reading this finds their way to another club. Give the bouncer Luis a raise he’s looking real crusty with that cheap suit he gots on.

It’s super cool when it’s busy and is really fun. The entrance process was a bit of a hassle but overall great vibes and good music!

Re. Joyroom. You'll feel as though you were at the nastiest hole in Dominicana. The place literally smells. The music, oh! that music is a cruel punishment to human souls. The service is so poor and everybody will ask you for a tip: bouncers, waiters and even in the restrooms. Seems like these fellas don't pay any salary at all.

The most amazing club I have seen in terms of infrastructure. Awesome music, great service, good ambience. I went in late (3am) so I didn't see the disorganised fuzz people have to go through in Mexico city to get into a club. In my case, the bouncer was really nice to us and let us in immediately without a problem.

Trying to make reservations at this club is such a pain in the ass. I messaged them on FB which they still have not viewed and tried calling the numbers listed which were disconnected.
