We went, paid for our turns, and spent the night outside before checking in. At 6:00 a.m., my husband went down to get something from the car, and according to their alarm system, WE HAD LEFT. They opened the cleaning door for us, even though the cleaning staff were already in the room. It was a DISASTROUS experience!!! There was no bubble bath for the jacuzzi; we had to ask for some. There wasn't even a blanket, and the air conditioning was freezing cold; we couldn't adjust it ourselves. The alarm was incredibly loud and went off constantly when other guests were checking out. The smell of cigarettes permeated everything. The towels were tiny and thin. I don't recommend it. I'm never going back!!!

I went today at 2 AM. First of all, the receptionist was terrible. She got angry because I misunderstood her and asked for a 3-star room when I actually wanted a 5-star one. Anyway, we got to the 5-star room and the entire ceiling was covered in cobwebs. The jacuzzi smelled like stagnant water when it was turned on, and the TV only had broadcast channels; all the others were out of signal. At the very least, with the prices they charge, they should provide a decent cable signal. In my experience, I wouldn't go back.

The exterior is very nice, super original. We wanted the highest category room, but it wasn't available, nor was the next one up. They offered us the 5-star room, which was very good. There were a couple of minor issues, like the TV (the picture was poor), the air conditioning, which we couldn't adjust to our liking, and the unpleasant smell that came from the hot tub when we turned it on. Anyway, I still recommend it for the price-quality ratio. I wish they would allow you to reserve rooms because otherwise it's quite difficult to get the best ones.

Room 26 The service was terrible from the moment you walk in, and even on the phone, they seem to have zero patience. The room was supposed to be 5 stars, but there was nothing themed about it; I would have expected a 3 or 4-star room. It needs maintenance; the ashtray is broken, and the jacuzzi support column is also broken. They don't even offer coffee, even though you're staying overnight. Very dissatisfied. I repeat, I absolutely do not recommend staying overnight. Disappointing! They don't offer any guidance; it's like you walk in and they're supposed to guess where you're going. The customer service is truly terrible. I wouldn't return; other hotels provide better service. If they don't want to work, they should find people who actually enjoy customer service. I do not recommend staying overnight.
