Rude sellers. The woman who sold the vibrator did not offer a bill, and when I returned to pick it up, she said that it had been thrown in the trash and I would not receive a bill. That means, if the toy stops working after three days for unknown reasons, I will not be able to return it. Unpleasant impressions. However, today I wanted to get a suction cup toy and we are beyond disappointed with the product AND the service. We bought something that didn’t look like it would do the job but we were reassured it would. After going home, unpacking and trying on clear flat surfaces if it would stick, it did not hold. We immediately went back to the shop to explain the problem and we got the most unfriendly treatment. The employee was belittling me, got defensive and rude, and after a rather unpleasant discussion she handed me the money back with disgust. I am sorry that she ruined the shop for me. I will not recommend this shop to anybody ever again.
