Instituut René is a privé house in Eke, part of Nazareth, which it says has been a known address for more than eight years. It is discreet from the outside: guests are welcomed with a drink in a reception room downstairs by the manager, and the lady of their choice then takes them to her own room.

The house describes itself as a safe haven for the sex workers who work there, and publishes a profile for each lady who is regularly present. Appointments are made only by phone or text message.
