We've always been warmly welcomed by the owner and his staff.
The place is always clean.
We've had a great time and we'll continue to have great times there.

Hello, how do I actually become a member? I submitted my request two weeks ago.

This is completely unprofessional. Run away! The entrance fee is 20 or 25 euros, and you have to register for 50 euros for a tiny place that's practically empty... And the guy at the till isn't very friendly. Just look at how he's responding here. You'll never see me again.
22 euros (including mandatory cloakroom fees) is expensive for so little. Several times there were hardly any people (two people last time). On trans days, they're rarely there, or not at all. It's not what it used to be. And then 25 euros for a membership card, when it's essentially just an adult cinema, is also expensive. I mentioned these points to the owner, who banned me from coming back. I'm not missing much, though 😏.
