Phénix Club is a libertine club at Blegny, about twenty minutes from the centre of Liège. Its own description leans on restraint rather than spectacle: a hushed atmosphere, a careful dress code, and staff who know members by their pseudonym.

The layout is two floors. Downstairs is a renovated lounge bar with a dancefloor, with the drinks list included in the entry and music running to four in the morning. Upstairs are eight themed alcoves, each given its own decor — deep velvet and old mirrors in one, something more contemporary in the next. There are individual secured lockers, and showers and a relaxation area with towels provided.

The club states its own rule plainly, and puts it first: consent and respect, always.

Friday and Saturday are the regular nights, both running to four in the morning, as are the eves of public holidays. There is also a monthly discovery evening on the second Monday of the month, which runs to one — it is not in the opening hours below because it falls once a month rather than weekly.
