Villalux in Genk lets luxury rooms for a discreet stay. The building is fully automated, with no reception and no reservations: guests simply walk in. There are three room types: a Luxekamer with a large boxspring, smart TV and its own bathroom, a Junior Suite with a fireplace and a separate shower room, and a Suite with an impressive jacuzzi and a king-size bed. It opens from 07:00 and is closed on Sundays, and questions go through the contact page rather than by phone.

Villalux Genk was a very bad experience for us. For €55 for 3 hours, you expect peace and quality, but we absolutely did not get that.
We were wrongly accused of smoking, even though none of us smoke. Additionally, there was repeated knocking on our door, which completely disrupted our privacy. As if that wasn't enough, there was also shouting and noise inside the building, meaning there was absolutely no question of relaxation.
The combination of the price and the poor service makes this absolutely not recommended. In comparison, H28 in Heusden is many times better and more professional. In any case, we will never return to Villalux.
Very clean. Nice rooms with air conditioning and shower. Very well located. Excellent service.
I just called after confirming my reservation online for the deluxe room with a bath and I had a question about the colors of the walls in the room I just paid for!!!! And they said no, I can't do that and we have no rooms to rent so cancel your confirmation?? Probably because of my accent. So very bad staff and the most unfriendly manner. Deserves no stars.
Just fantastic. Loving Architecture super modern facilities comfortable beds very clean rooms good bathroom facilities and check in and out just simple and fast. In the entrance you will find vending machines where you can let out cool snacks and Drinks and small things you might need ;)
Beautifully situated location that looks impeccable down to the last detail. Received super friendly service and the food & drinks were excellent. So the message is: come back more often ;)
