I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The welcome was warm and professional from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped, ideal for a few hours of rest during the day or a peaceful night's sleep. The quiet and discreet atmosphere was truly appreciated. The service was impeccable, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. I highly recommend this establishment, whether for a short stay or a longer visit.

Extremely disappointed with this establishment. The room reeked of mustiness, the sheets hadn't been changed between the previous guests and us, and smelled of sweat. There were slugs in the bathroom, and we could clearly hear other guests having sex – poor soundproofing. There was dust and cobwebs on all the mirrors, the ceiling, and decorative objects. The shower temperature is preset, like in a public swimming pool, and you have to press the button every 25 seconds. The candlesticks were empty. We were greeted in a very curt and cold manner by the manager, who seemed very nervous, saying he'd been expecting us since 7:30 pm. Wouldn't it have been more sensible to prepare the room during that time? The address listed on the website led us to the Bois des Rêves parking lot, and we were practically called idiots by the owner when we called to ask for the exact address, which he didn't give us but instead explained how to get there from Bois des Rêves with a really annoying series of right-and-left turns. We were asked not to make too much noise for the neighbors, which is a bit much for a boutique hotel. We were criticized for arriving too late—we arrived at 9 pm—and we had been told when we made the reservation to arrive between 7:30 pm and 11 pm. After exchanging text messages that same evening, we canceled our restaurant reservation to come as soon as possible, even though we had been told that check-in was possible until 11 pm. We decided to go to the hotel to settle in and then go to the restaurant. But the room door wouldn't lock from the outside, so we couldn't get settled in before going out to eat as planned, because the owner was very clear about not being responsible in case of theft. And no food or drinks were offered on the premises. When we arrived, I pointed out to the manager his lack of professionalism in how he spoke to us when we called to get the address. His response was that we had to arrive by 7:30 pm and that some customers sometimes don't show up even though they had reservations. Does that justify being so aggressive? Especially since we were supposed to arrive from 7:30 pm onwards but supposedly had the option of coming until 11 pm. The towels were rough and smelled musty. "Red-light district towels XD" No lights above the sink, "not easy to do your makeup or shave." No phone to contact reception with questions, and the Wi-Fi only worked in the room, not the bathroom. The massage table was in the bathroom, so no music could be played from the internet during massages, and no massage oil was available for guests to purchase. In short, a huge disappointment!

It could have been better, but ultimately not! The room was tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Discretion was guaranteed, and the manager/owner was completely available. However, there were two significant drawbacks: the shower water was barely lukewarm (even though there was plenty of hot water at the sink), and the heating turned off at night, so when we woke up, it was cold in both the bathroom and the bedroom! Perhaps they should consider increasing the price by 10% and providing hot water and consistent heating...

For our 9th anniversary, we stayed in the Prestige room. It was a true escape, far from the stress of obligations and routine, a pure moment to reconnect as a couple. We were so happy and will definitely be back for another room, even though we live just a short drive away. 😜 Thank you for your warm welcome. See you very soon! 🌹😁
